- Plan and carry out daily visits, maximize business generation from the assigned territory by meeting new Farmers to create product and brand awareness.
- Execute Farmer meetings, Marketing activities
- Conduct product awareness thru local campaigns, promotional/ marketing activities etc.
- Handle customer complaints regarding sales and service as guided by the Technical/ Agronomist team.
- Work effectively with internal support departments.
- Provide timely customer insights and feedback and collecting market intelligence to help develop winning marketing and sale strategy.
