Description


  • Spearheading the legal function for the company and be able to lead the team
  • Responsible for recovery of overdue outstanding from dealers and self-initiative in following up with customers and legal action to be taken when required  by filing 138 cases / Filing case under NI act / File Civil suit / File arbitration cases
  • Handing Civil  & Criminal litigations , Consumer cases, Legal Meteorology cases, Labour matters
  • Sound knowledge on Seed act
  • Filing of Writ Petition thereby challenging the action taken by department with respect to compensation orders, Filing of quash petition
  •  Reply to show cause notice received from Department of agriculture or other legal notices
  •  File Execution  petitions in the Civil Court
  • File attachment of properties
  •  Should be able to individually plan and coordinate with the marketing team in executing the Summons / Warrants to the customer
  • Vetting & Drafting of agreements and various contracts & MOU’s
  • Handling all issues relating to trademarks registrations
  • Protecting the company IPR by taking necessary action against infringement of Trade mark of the company
  • Providing training and guidance to the marketing team with respect to legal aspects to be complied in day to day process, wrt to various provisions under the Seed act and Legal metrology and package rules.

Candidate Information


  • Should have good laisoning skills with various bodies
  • Should be aggressive in dealing with various cases and constant monitoring
  • Should have good relation with Advocate fraternity
  • Maintaining MIS on the status of all the Cases along with the Budget and actuals legal expenses spent on each cases
  • To develop SOP on the legal processes
  • Should be able to Plan meticulously & Execute
  •  Should be result oriented and hungry for success.
